Beccles Carnival 2009 - Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August

The Beccles teddy bear procession assembles outside Q. D Stores in Beccles at 12.00pm, with entertainment from Andy the signing Clown, The Teddy bears will then be lead by The Beach Bunny to the Quayside at 12.30pm for the judging of the Best Dressed teddy Bear followed by entertainment fun and games from KY-SL-R. Great prizes to be won!

The Beccles Carnival procession dates back to the pre 1900’s and this year will take place on Sunday 30th August 2009. Please note that the parade will be leaving at the earlier time of 1.00pm from Rainbow car park Gosford Road, left onto Station Road, Newgate, Blyburgate, Peddars Lane, St Mary's Road, Ballygate, New Market, The Walk, Old Market, Northgate and then on to the Quayside.

This years carnival procession is sponsored by Thurlow Nunn of Beccles.

They are a well known business in the area and far beyond, customers visit them from all over the county and country!Also specialists in pocket money toys, ideal for birthday parties. Prices from 20p Any toy can be reserved for a 10% deposit. They pride themselves on the personal levels of service we offer and can usually match the prices of our large competitors! Discount is available for schools and playgroups. They don't currently sell through there website, but toys can be ordered and posted anywhere within the UK, telephone enquiries welcome.
